- Briefly held the role of QA Director, joining the company's leadership team while also continuing to maintain my role as QA Manager.
- Oversaw project and process developments across the Paradox Development Studio with the rest of the leadership group
- Provided input on future company initiatives and strategies

QA PROJECT COORDINATOR - PARADOX INTERACTIVE

- Responsible for coordinating QA Efforts on Paradox Publishing Titles

- Game Testing and reporting issues in Jira as well as collaborating with offsite developers to implement meaningful solutions

- Responsible for identifying and reporting bugs in JIRA as well as collaborating with developers to implement a meaningful solution.
- Offered feedback on in-game mechanics, features, mission design and pacing.
- Insured quality of weekly and daily interim builds intended for publisher reviews
- Primarily responsible for quality insurance of over 15 side missions and ~100 encounters
- Shared responsibility of all other game areas incl. campaign
- Created, maintained & utilized various test cases
- Functional testing across various platforms incl. XOne, PS4 and PC
- Usage of in-house tools to identify and regress bugs
- Used Visual Studio to analyze console crash dumps
- Used Perforce to check on content changes to builds to help testing efforts

- Managed the QA process of various client projects - for clients such as Nokia and Microsoft.
- Managed an international team of 20+ off-site QA testers
- Reviewed, modified and created test cases / documentation
- Held weekly conference call scrum meetings with clients

LOCAL DATA EVALUATOR - GOOGLE

June 2011 - May 2012

- Called local German Google Maps business customers to verify and insure accuracy of customer data on Google Maps
- Verified & corrected Google Maps data on local German businesses using in-house back-end tools

- Functional and linguistic testing of ~20 Games on various platforms incl. PC, X360, PS2, PS3, NDS, 3DS and Wii.
- Identified and reported issues in JIRA and DevTrack

- Tasked with maintaining and coordinating relationships between outsourced translation companies
- Responsible for in-house implementation of localization processes
- Manage small 3-man team (2 Graphic artists & 1 coder)
